Feel like your room is clean in ~no time~.

Use an empty (old) pillowcase to dust off your fan’s blades.
Do this at the beginning, then vacuum your carpet. And if you do this near your bed, consider covering your bed with a top sheet you don't plan to sleep on (at least not until you wash it), so you don't end up with dust all over the place you sleep. From here.

Banish any lingering carpet stains with vinegar, water, and your iron.
Just make sure you don't ~rub~ at the stain too much, because that could mess up your carpet's fibers. Here's the tutorial.
Run your pillows (including your decorative pillows, if they don’t have lots of sewn-on embellishments) through the dryer with dryer balls or a dryer sheet.
It will help them smell ~fresh~, and make them fluffier. If you have more time, you can run the pillows you sleep on through the washer, too — here's how to make it work.
